Feels very dull to say the groin strain is getting beyond a joke and beyond running through. But dull as it is, it is. Just went out for a slow 10km and managed about 4 minutes of painful running down the hill. Damn damn damn.
Ran 72.5km last week, mainly 10ks with 25k on Saturday. Oddly the groin feels better after about 10k so who knows what that suggests.
It's summer, and we're about to head off on our summer beach holiday, so maybe the next week is a time for swimming and giving the leg rest.
