Still down

Haven't managed to run properly in ages thanks to the calf strain. Have managed a few 30 to 40 minute runs over the last few weeks, but by last Wednesday permanent soreness set in. Took four days off and managed 20 minute run today. Stiff calf at 15 mins, bby by 20 I could tell it would get sore with more effort. Walked 10 mins then a further 5mins.

Bugger. Physio tomorrow then will aim for 25 minutes on Wednesday.
