Full week

A better week with four runs in and one more tomorrow to bring up 50k for the week. Eased back in last week with a few gentle runs then picked up again on week 6 or so of Hal Higden's intermediate-II programme – 5k, 11k, 6k, and another 11k at pace. Went faster than necessary for the pace run averaging 4:36 instead of something closer to 5:00, but felt pretty good. (And there was a bloke in surf shorts I had to pass despite his attempts to keep ahead of me.) A 16k Sunday run tomorrow.
